緊固件機(jī)械性能

緊固件是作緊固連接用且應(yīng)用極為廣泛的一類機(jī)械零件。在各種機(jī)械、設(shè)備、車輛、船舶、鐵路、橋梁、建筑、結(jié)構(gòu)、工具、儀器、儀表和用品等上面都可以看到各式各樣的緊固件。它的特點(diǎn)是品種規(guī)格繁多性能用途各異而且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化的種度也極高。

緊固件是應(yīng)用最廣泛的機(jī)械基礎(chǔ)件。隨著我國2001年加入WTO并步入國際貿(mào)易大國的行列。我國緊固件產(chǎn)品大量出口到世界各國、世界各國的緊固件產(chǎn)品也不斷涌入中國市場。緊固件作為我國進(jìn)出口量較大的產(chǎn)品之一實(shí)現(xiàn)與國際接軌對推動(dòng)中國緊固件企業(yè)走向世界促進(jìn)緊固件企業(yè)全面參與國際合作與競爭都具用重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和戰(zhàn)略意義?！∮捎诿總€(gè)具體緊固件產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格、尺寸、公差、重量、性能、表面情況、標(biāo)記方法以及驗(yàn)收檢查、標(biāo)志和包裝等項(xiàng)目的具體要求是分別規(guī)定在幾個(gè)國家行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中例如有英標(biāo)、德標(biāo)和美標(biāo)。
