Test Clause Requirement Conditioning T: 21±3ºC, H: less than 55% at least 24h Samples Required Section 1: Cover Fabirc 面料 1 square meter fabric Section 2: Barrier Materials 隔層材料 1 square meter barrier Section 3: Filling Materials 填料 6 pcs 203X127X51mm and 6pcs 203X203X51mm For loose or particulate materials (shredded polyurethane,down, etc.) sew bags of the above dimensions, using the same ticking or any other materials, or both, to be used in manufacturing the finished piece of furniture. (The packing density of the loose padding material should be as close as possible to that in the production furniture;)
如果是松散的或碎片狀的材料（如碎海綿，動物毛等），送樣時請用布縫好成上述要求尺寸后再送樣，包裹的面料應為跟成品一樣材質的內襯布，密度跟成品的密度要一致。Section 4:Decking materials 底面支撐材料 2pcs 533mm x 343 mm x at least 25mm (multiple layers are required if less than 25mm). Deck: in upholstered furniture, the upholstered support under the seat cushion in a loose seat construction.(Not required for single layer fabric)
備注：底面支撐材料是指在座墊下面一層用來支撐該墊子的松散材料.(如果只是單獨的一層布，是不作要求的)Turnaround time: normal (8 working days)
