耐高溫陶瓷電熱圈采用的不是一般云母撓線方式制作，而是采用陶瓷條穿絲方式，因此該產(chǎn)品的功率比普通的要高0.5~1.5倍。發(fā)熱體為進(jìn)口圓絲陶撓成彈簧狀穿入陶瓷條圈成,外罩采用日本產(chǎn)不銹鋼,中間采用高溫隔熱保溫棉（硅酸鋁纖維板）防止溫度外泄。陶瓷條是高頻陶瓷具有傳熱快、堅(jiān)硬不易碎、高溫不變形不易老化等特點(diǎn)。 1、傳熱快,發(fā)熱均勻、工作穩(wěn)定。 2、溫度不外泄、可節(jié)省電能，外罩用手觸摸不燙手，工作安全。 3、產(chǎn)品的功率高，采用陶瓷條穿絲方式功率比普通的要高0.5~1.5倍 4、歐美耐高溫發(fā)熱絲，具有散熱快，發(fā)熱均勻，高溫穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)，可長時間在600－800℃使用。 5、產(chǎn)品壽命長，由于原材料在高溫下老化比較慢因此產(chǎn)品壽命長。 6、符合國家GB各項(xiàng)技術(shù)要求。功率偏差＋5%∽－10%。 7、電氣強(qiáng)度：經(jīng)電壓1500v/50Hz正弦交流電壓試驗(yàn)，經(jīng)1MIN無擊穿現(xiàn)象。 High temperature ceramic electric circle is not generally used in Mica torsion line production, but used to wear silk, pottery, so the products than the general power to the 0.5 to 1.5 times.
